My name is Zady Kalaya King. I am an author/illustrator inspired by childhood wonder, emotional growth, and the quiet beauty found in everyday moments. My works are rooted in nature, whimsy, and watercolor-inspired storytelling, often blending a soft, organic visual style with narrative.

I work across many different mediums, though my strongest and favorite is digital illustration using Procreate. Through my art and stories, I aim to create picture books that encourage children to embrace kindness, curiosity, and authenticity, and to see meaning in both the magical and messy parts of life.
